CSOR Summer Series 2017

We are gearing up for a busy summer of RC racing at CSOR, the Northern Regional Series venues & The Paddy Piston race over in Ireland. I’ve uploaded all our race dates to the website calendar here, please click on the ‘subscribe’ button to add it to your devices.

Our track will be getting a make over & the members will be busy doing a fresh layout for this summer series. We will be running the full track, including the extension we added for last year, we also have more mooring ropes to complete this layout.

After the success & great feedback we had last year, we will continue with the double race day format for this summer series. This means a total of 16 rounds, ran over 8 race days with points up for grabs for your qualifying & final positions. We are also introducing a ‘King Of The Club’ championship series for all entrants, based on your overall qualifying & final results at each race….buggy versus truggy.

Everyone is welcome to race & spectate on our race days, the track opens at 9am with racing starting at 10am. No race experience is necessary, just come along & join in the fun. Please register for our forum on here & you can book in for each race meeting on there, we look forward to seeing you at CSOR.

CSOR 2015 Summer Championship Results

Thanks to everyone who took part and supported our Summer series this year. Your commitment and continued support of the club is very much appreciated.
What an exciting finish to the buggy championship with Dugie and Andy taking it right to the very last corner. Andy just pipped Dugie by 1 second to take the win and the championship. The truggies were already decided but the racing didn’t let up with the top 3 finishing on 42 laps and within 15 seconds of each other.
