CSOR Race Day Procedures

Heats:
The warm-up session will close at 9:30. Late warm-up will be at the discresion of race control.

Book-in will close at 9:45 AM. Late entry will be at the discretion of race control.

First heat will start 10 AM. Late starting will be at the discretion of race control.

At the request of race control, drivers should make their way to race control to collect their driver number.

The same number will be carried through all heats. (unless directed to change by race control)

Drivers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct number applied to the windscreen area of their model.

Failure to have the correct number applied to the correct area may result in a “No Time” result being recorded for that heat.

Heat starting order will be available from race control 5 min before the start of each heat.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring they start their run on the announcement of there driver number.

Keep going till you hear your driver number announced as finished.

you need to marshal the run after yours or find someone to do it for you.

Wear the Hi-Vis vest provided at your marshal point, and leave it there for the next marshal.

Finals:
Driver numbers change for finals.

Finals driver numbers relate to the drivers position on the start grid.

Starting order for all classes will be available from race control 15 min before the start of the first final. New numbers will be available from race control at this time.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct number applied to the windscreen area of their model.

Failure to have the correct number applied to the correct area may result in a “No Time” result being recorded for that final.

Your model should be in the correct grid position no later the 10 second announcement.

Models not in position at the 10 sec announcement may be removed from the track.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring they are in the correct grid position.

Failure to be on time and in the correct position may result in penalties being awarded.

You are expected to marshal the final after yours or find someone to do it for you.

Wear the Hi-Vis vest provided at your marshal point, and leave it there for the next marshal.
